1. I have applied for the E&M or IT&M master program, however do not know if I am accepted. How can I inquire?
Answer: If you are accepted, an admissions staff will contact you via your phone number; an official message will also be sent to your email address confirming your acceptance.

2. I received a message that I am accepted for the next E&M or IT&M master program. Where can I find details about program, schedule, venue, necessary preparations etc?

3. I cannot find the course material of a particular course. Who should I ask?
Answer: You should attempt to contact your instructor first. If however, you are not able to, you may contact the Program Head of your Master program for assistance. For IT&M students, contact Dr. Mohammed A.M. Ibrahim at a.ibrahim@taizu-cgs.net or call 777196422. For E&M students, contact Dr. Abdulghani saleh at a.saleh@taizu-cgs.net or call 777196821.

4. What are the office hours of the Center and the library?
Answer: On lecture days, the Center is open from 3:00PM-9.00PM, and the library is open from 9:00AM-9:00PM Sturday thru Wednesday.

5. My working schedule does not allow me to attend all courses of the master program in the same year. Are there special arrangements to overcome this?
Answer: Yes. The Center took this issue into account when it designed the Master programs; kindly consult with our staff to learn more about the options available for you.

6. If I cannot attend a lecture or course, what should I do?
Answer: If you miss a lecture, you will have to catch up on what you have missed in your own time; you will be responsible for any assignments given during that lecture. If you cannot attend a course, you have to contact the registrar’s office (registrar@taizu-cgs.net) and submit an official notice of non-attendance for that course. Be reminded that you are obligated to take that course once it is offered again.

7. If I fail for an examination, do I receive a second change?
Answer: The general policy is to offer a second change. Contact the lecturer of the course or consult with your Program Head for details.

8. If I have questions, suggestions, complaints about the program contents and/or organization, how should I put those forward?
Answer: generally, students are given a chance to voice their opinion by completing an evaluation Form at the end of each course. In addition, you may contact your Program Head directly.

9. I have problems with the level and/or speed of the teaching, such that I am seriously considering quitting. Who should I contact?
Answer: Talk to your lecturer first and find out how he/she can help you keep up with the course demands. You may also discuss your options with your Program Head.

10. I would like to have some remedial teaching for a particular course. Who should I contact?
Answer: If a remedial option is available for that particular course, you may register for it and pay the $100 registration fee. If the course does not offer a remedial option, then inquire with the registration office to see if a remedial can be offered.

11. I cannot afford to pay the tuition in full; are there installment options available?
